Thank you for your interest in becoming a Canterbury Food Merchant. Fill out our Food Merchant Application below. Our event happens in late July for 2026 on the 18 & 19 and 25 & 26. Please remember that our biggest goal is to give the best possible immersive experience to our Patrons and we request that you do you best to make your booth and personal garb appear appropriate to a setting of Renaissance England (1550-1600).

All food merchants need to apply for a temporary food vending permit with Marion County and the county fees are their responsibility in addition to Faire booth fees. The County Health will be inspecting before we open. If they are not on the list with the County, they can’t vend at Faire.

Applications are overdue as of March 1st, 2025. Late Applications will be charged an additional 20% late fee added to booth fee and/or may be rejected outright. Please Contact canterburyfaire@gmail.com with Questions or if you need to edit your application.
